If your training has been suspended, it is because of too many absences during your classes.

Your training will remain suspended until you contact us.

1 - Reply to our SMS with "yes" when asked if you want to reactivate your course
2 - Send an email to Customer Service at customer@lingueo.com to reactivate your training

Attention, by reactivating your training:

1 - You are now committed to attending all classes.
2 - You can modify your schedule directly from your customer area when you cannot attend your course.

If you wish to continue your training, please note that your training will be suspended again if you miss a new class.

Please note: neither your teachers nor we get paid when you are absent from your class!
