Cancellation on my part

Please note: you can only cancel your lessons from your customer area more than 24 hours before your lesson, here is the article which explains how to do it.

In all cases, here are the steps to follow when you are absent within 24 hours

1 - Contact your teacher so that he/she is aware of your absence (from your client space) so that he/she does not spend the lesson without knowing if you will arrive or not. Indeed, if the lesson does not take place = your teacher is not paid (neither is Lingueo).

2 - Contact explaining the problem and see if the hour can be recovered. If your class could be postponed more than 24 hours in advance and it is an oversight, your hour will be deducted.

Cancellation by the teacher

If your teacher can't make his class, he must count himself absent, which will automatically give you the hour of class to put back on his agenda later.
Be careful not to count yourself absent inadvertently, as this will remove the lesson time from your schedule.
